Ingredient Inspired

I am lead by the ingredients and foods that are available in beautiful Napa Valley. Rather than planning my dishes, I let them plan themselves; the abundance of California produce, cheeses and meats is a privilege to have on my doorstep. 


Unexpected Influences

I have a very diverse food background, influenced by my family history and all of my travels. While I have Sicilian roots that pull me towards Mediterranean flavors, I have also lived everywhere from Asia, to Charleston, to Sante Fe and now Napa. All these food cultures contribute to my craft, showing up in unexpected ways in my dishes.
